March 23rd: The Unity of the Body of Christ
> Agree with the High Priestly prayer of Jesus from John 17. Take John 17 and pray through each point, taking the truth and praying into it for your region and the body of Christ in it.
> Pray that Church and ministry leaders all over the country would receive real revelation specific to the unity of the body (Ephesians 1:18-the eyes of their understanding would be opened; Ephesians 1:17 the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus)
> Pray for the brethren to experience the blessedness of togetherness and the benefits of unity (Psalm 133:1-3)
> Pray that leadership would have a "rooftop" encounter with God like Peter did pertaining to the Gentiles. We need to have such an encounter with God about the debilitating division in the body of Christ. (Acts 10:9-16)
> Pray for the people of God to be stirred up to "endeavor" to keep the unity of the Spirit (Ephesians 4:3-this means work at it)
> Pray for the people of God to come to an understanding of the difference between the unity of the Spirit and the unity of faith (Ephesians 4:3 & Ephesians 4:13)
> Agree with heaven for your church, city & region that there is only one body! (Ephesians 4:4; 1 Corinthians 10:16-17; Romans 12:4-5; 1 Corinthians 12:12-14; Ephesians 4:25; Ephesians 5:30)
> Pray that the people of God would come to know the difference between diversity and division (many members-one body). The members are different but the body is one.
> Pray that we would enter experientially into the reality of the one new man.
> Pray that we would learn how to "correctly discern the Lord's body" (1 Corinthians 11:29)
> Pray for church leaders to receive the prophets who are being sent with the message of the unity of the body of Christ
> Pray for apostles to be raised up and sent forth with the authority to call the people of God into true biblical unity
> Pray for the leaders to understand the difference between unity and ecuminicalism
> Pray against the division that exists between the denominations. You shouldn't pray against the denominations but rather against any division that exists between the people of God (1 Corinthians 1:10; 1 Corinthians 3:3; 1 Corinthians 11:18)
> Ask the Lord to fill us all with His love so we can receive and love one another
