In our mission to equip the saints for fruitful service, we employ a number of weekend conferences each year.  Though these conferences will vary themeatically, one of the common components is hands-on training.  Through workshops, break-out groups and small group ministry, we are attempting to have each person actually experience some level of activation in each conference.  Extended worship, teaching, training and personal ministry are included in the format of each conference.
