In full time ministry for over 20 years, Michael has been teaching, preaching and doing church planting since the early 1980's.  Along with his wife, Melinda, who has a very fruitful ministry also, Michael re-located to Bossier City, Louisiana in 1991.  The planting of City Church began in 1995.

In addition to functioning as an elder to the City Church fellowship, Michael functions apostolically on a relational basis in Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, Florida, Tennessee, Texas and Louisiana.  Prayer, preaching, teaching, conference speaking, counseling and writing are the activities that occupy most of the ministry time.

Keith & Kim Denson

Keith and Kim have walked with the leadership of City Church and Michael and Melinda since 2005.  They moved to Shreveport to join the ministry team in the middle of 2007.  We have known, loved and appreciated Keith and Kim since we first met them.  Keith and Kim serve the body of Christ apostolically through mentoring, teaching, organizing / leading worship and a variety of other valuable functions.

City Church and the East Texas / West Louisiana region is blessed to have had the Lord send the Denson's to live and work here.  They are gifts sent to the church in our region to help advance the Kingdom of God.

Keith and Kim have a daughter, Kari, and a son, Michael.  The Denson's have an established body of work in the Tyler, TX region and travel regionally and internationally equipping and encouraging the saints.

Scott & Kathy McClelland

Scott and Kathy relocated to Fort Mill, SC where they are currently serving MorningStar Ministries.  They will continue to serve as gifts given by the Lord to the fellowship of City Church.  Scott will also serve as a prophet in an advisory role to the various ministries operating out of this work.  Additionally Scott provides valuable insight through print media which will appear on this website under the "Recent Articles" and "Prophetic Ministry" sections.

A seeker and follower of the Lord Jesus, Scott, along with Kathy and three children made their home in Shreveport, Louisiana until August of 2005.  Scott and Kathy have served a vital role in the establishment of City Church between June of 2000 and the time of their move to MorningStar. 

Scott is a businessman and also serves the Body of Christ as a prophet.  Scott has a growing body of work in Mexico, Latin America and most recently Kenya.  We count Scott and Kathy as dear friends and fellow-laborers in the work of the Lord.
